Hyrum  Reservoir 7-16-2010. Bank fishing slow but the fish are bigger than avg. This rainbow weighed in at 3 lbs. 14 ounces, my biggest this year at Hyrum.

Chesterfield Reservoir

This was my first large mouth bass of the year at Newton, it weighed in at 2.3 pounds. No musky on my last two trips out

 

 Kokanee are biting at Porcupine Avg. size 10" to 12"

we had a hard time landing them.

We caught a cutthroat while we were there also.

Slow bank fishing at Hyrum. Water is still high. 3 fish in the last 7 times out. Two of the trout were 2 pounds.

MY granddaughter caught this on a the new pole I bought her. First cast with the pole.

                                          

 

 Willard bay 7 15 2010. I fished in the morning catching one walleye. It weighed in at 2.12 lbs. No wipers but I did see some micro boils. I like Willard bay. I have never had any conflict with the water skiers, bring bug spray.

Picture to the right. Bear lake July 10 2010. We caught five Cutthroat trout the biggest just under four pounds.
